Practical and Stylish Kitchen Designed to Appeal
Jenny has a fair amount of experience, having undergone the same process with another property recently. And with a rental market, she knows that it’s important to strike the balance between being practical, attractive and functional. Whilst fashions come and go, they wanted something that was neutral to appeal to prospective tenants but that would still look good in the future, when the time came to re-claim the property for their own use.
“KBS was recommended to us by neighbours on either side,” says Jenny. “When our main contractor also mentioned them, we decided to go ahead and ask them to design something to fill the newly-extended space.”
Jenny had a clear idea of what she wanted and designer Sue Birch added in suggestions with regard to things like storage.
The job was completed according to plan and on budget with just 3 days on site. The result was a happy family and an extremely rentable property.
