A Modern Open Plan Kitchen Transformation
“We had looked at a few other companies before we visited K&B Studios but we really wanted someone to take control and organise everything for us.”
“We took down a wall to create one big room and Sue was able to arrange this building work as well as all of the other trades involved in creating the new kitchen. Everything was managed really well, there was no wasted time and we had our lovely new kitchen within 5 weeks.”
It was important for them to see some real kitchens before deciding on the style of her new kitchen. They were delighted to find the Mackintosh in painted Limestone in the showroom and chose this without hesitation. The lovely calm neutral colour theme was continued with the addition of Silestone worktops in Eternal Staturario.
Bringing together the two rooms meant they had enough space for a beautiful central island. This creates a focal point for the room, and acts as a meeting place to social. It also provides great functionality with an in built hob and plenty of storage.
“We really love the new kitchen. We get so much more use out of the space now that we have room for all the family to be in the kitchen, we can watch TV and talk as well come together to eat.
“The project was a considerable investment for us but it was well worth the money. K&B Studios did a great job, and we would be more than happy to recommend them to others.”
